Our commercial property portfolio includes retail, industrial, office and hospitality with a wide range of local, national and international occupiers and organisations. Our residential portfolio includes a wide range of houses and flats in urban, suburban and rural locations.
We manage all our properties with a small, friendly in-house team. We aim to build long standing and strong relationships with all our occupiers and have many examples of businesses and occupiers with whom we have worked for many years – some for decades. We have helped many new start up businesses get off the ground and, over the years, helped many others to expand and grow.

We established a strong working relationship with the Stour Valley team in late 2019, just months before the onset of Covid, which posed challenges for all businesses. This partnership has proven its resilience and strength across both of our organisations. In 2023, we agreed a new 25-year lease and, in collaboration with Stour Valley, undertook a complete refurbishment of the Canterbury Garden Centre. Despite the £2 million investment and extensive works, we kept the 7,000 sqm store open for trade throughout. Stour Valley shares our values of hard work and a commitment to continuous improvement.
